Sales Manager (Property Development - Overseas Market)

We're Expanding – Join Our Sales Leadership Team! As we continue to grow in the international property market, we're looking for driven and experienced professionals to join our expanding sales team. Enjoy a competitive base salary + commission with 5-digit income potential.

📍 Based in Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop and implement effective sales strategies & plans to meet the sales target.
  • Develop a team of highly motivated and result orientated sales personnel.
  • To manage the performance of sales team at overall & individual basis.
  • To monitor & control the sales implementation process as accordingly.
  • To monitor staff weekend/road show duties.
  • To conduct internal training to ensure improvement in sales staff working quality.
  • Prepare monthly Sales reports as according to company policies & procedures.
  • Assist & support the superior in overall Sales & Marketing functions.
  • Assist the Management in developing and implementation of long-term customer relationships strategies & plans.
  • Assist the Management to execute the Vacant Possession processes smoothly.
  • Dealing with relevant authorities as and when needed.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Degree holders in any field.
  • Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in property development industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, planning, time management, and organisational skills, with a positive attitude.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
  • Must be fluent in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage candidate to deal with regional market such as Japan, China and Hong Kong.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • A target driven, sales-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong focus on revenue.
  • Willing to travel to outstation/ oversea.
