  • Customer & Operational Excellence
  • Champion Customer Relationships: Personally visit key clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure we are delivering service that delights.
  • Act as the Key Problem-Solver: Be the central point of contact for complex service issues. You will be hands‑on, liaising directly with clients and internal departments (like Service and Operations) to manage challenges and see them through to a successful resolution.
  • Quarterback Major Deals: Guide your team in coordinating, negotiating, and closing complex contracts, ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
  • Be Hands-On: Be agile and ready to conduct on-site inspections (yes, sometimes under the sun!) to support your team and secure new business.
  • Drive Accountability: Take responsibility by ensuring your team's daily sales activities are accurately and promptly updated in our system.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work closely with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, including assisting with collections.
Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of successful sales management or supervisory experience. A Diploma or Degree in any field is a plus.
