Sales Manager (Machinery / Packaging Industry)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead sales for Self-adhesive Labeling Machines and related industrial machinery. This role focuses on market expansion, key account development, and sales execution across Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive sales of the labeling machines and related equipment.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in local exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Develop new markets and new customers, expanding product penetration.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies within assigned regions to achieve sales targets.
  • Collect market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer follow-ups.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in machinery / industrial equipment / packaging industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently, results-driven, and willing to travel when required.
  • Hardworking, resilient, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay (to liaise with suppliers and customers), a MUST for Mandarin.
  • Experience handling exhibitions and B2B sales will be an advantage.
