Company Background: We are representing our client who provide seamless applications in water management, water and wastewater treatment, and industrial waste pollution control. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for industrial chemicals, with a strong focus on the rubber industry
  • Achieve annual sales targets and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Understand and assess customer needs; develop tailored value propositions aligned with our product portfolio.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients.
  • Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
  • Build and maintain long-term, sustainable customer relationships.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback and market intelligence to develop and implement effective market strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Proven sales experience in the industrial chemicals sector, particularly in the rubber industry
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and forecasting.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively as part of the role (primarily local and depends on the business schedule)
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
