Job Descriptions:
- Approach the Ministry of Health to introduce our solutions that enhance productivity in the healthcare sector.
- Engage with all hospitals in Singapore, whether government or privately owned, to introduce FCS Products/Solutions.
- Understand sector requirements and provide feedback to our product team regarding any missing critical features.
- Manage the entire sales process to successfully close deals.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Global Sales to meet set targets.
- Build a sales pipeline independently using existing contacts within the sector.
Requirements:
- Open to Malaysian Citizens Only.
- Over 3 years of experience in solutions/consulting sales management within the healthcare sector at an enterprise software level (selling IT software to the healthcare industry).
- Well-connected within the healthcare sector with strong contacts among senior management and decision-makers.
- Understanding of healthcare sector operations and processes.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to drive the sales process independently within the region.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with positive leadership qualities.
- Autonomous, self-sufficient, and independent in managing responsibilities.
- Proficient in all MS Office applications.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of communicating effectively with all levels of management within the healthcare sector.
