Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
Sales & Business Development
- Present, promote, and sell Energy System products/solutions by understanding customer needs and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ES segments and other Energy System applications.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
Customer & Operations Management
- Oversee customer enquiries, proposals, and service support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring corrective actions and service recovery are implemented.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to provide insights to the management and product teams.
- Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to credit policies.
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Review, compile, and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with the admin, service, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support.
- Willing to travel nationwide and other regions as needed.
Education Level
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Other Technical/Professional Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Intermediate level).
- Knowledge of Energy Systems, industrial batteries, or power solutions is an added advantage.
Years of Experience
- Minimum 7 years of industry sales experience, preferably in Energy Systems, industrial solutions, or technical product sales, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
