A leading education firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to spearhead sales in student recruitment and educational technology. This role involves developing strategies, building client relationships, and managing the sales process in diverse markets. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated attitude. This position may require travel for business opportunities. Immediate starters are preferred.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in one or more of the following areas: international student recruitment, educational technology (EdTech) solutions, or corporate training programs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in education sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships across international markets, institutions, or corporate clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies specific to:
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across assigned territories or verticals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with education institutions, corporate partners, recruitment agencies, and government bodies.
Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Represent the company at education fairs, trade shows, virtual webinars, and networking events (locally and internationally).
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic, and operational teams to align on delivery and client success.
