Train, develop, and lead a team of automotive salespeople to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.

Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and surpass established quotas.

Provide coaching on best practices for closing deals, and offer ongoing guidance to enhance individual and team sales performance.

Forecast sales trends for upcoming months and quarters, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings, fostering open communication and alignment within the sales team.
