A leading HVAC solutions provider is seeking a Sales Manager for its Kuala Lumpur office, targeting customers across Malaysia. This role involves driving sales of HVAC and M&E system solutions, developing effective strategies, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in high-rise buildings or industrial sectors. Sales Manager/Business Development – HVAC, M&E & BMS Solutions
Responsible for driving sales of HVAC, M&E, and BMS system solutions. Develops and executes sales strategies, manages client relationships, and ensures customer satisfaction. Works closely with technical and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
Reports to the Managing Director. Includes annual bonus and 5% profit share. Mid to senior level position (minimum 5 years’ experience). This is a hands‑on, solo pioneer role for the Malaysian market; does not manage a team. Clear progression path to Regional Sales Manager or Business Development Leadership roles.
Based in Kuala Lumpur office. Targets customers across Klang Valley and Malaysia.
