Job description

Perform and monitor all sales duties which include prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service.

Conducting market intelligence research, analyzing demands, trend and pricing.

Participate in direct marketing activities and launching such as exhibition and road show.

Ensure the sales gallery and sales office's operation are running smooth and in perfect condition.

Attend and assist customer and corporate client enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers.

Understand and compile customer's feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target.

Prepare sales/management/monthly reports and etc.

To develop sales strategies for the assigned projects and ensure attainment of the company sales goals and profitability.

Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team and agencies. This is including prepares action plans by individuals and by the team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Responsible for staff development and motivate sales team to reach sales target.

Any other duties as assigned by the superior or management to you from time to time.

Qualification

Possess SPM/STPM and above.

Experience/Skill Required

With experience 10 year in property development.

Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to organize work independently under minimal supervision.

Presentable and good customer service skill.
