A growing automotive group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. Lead, manage and drive a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly targets
Execute and drive sales strategies, promotions, and dealership campaigns
Monitor individual and team performance, conduct coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated cases
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Work closely with Finance, Insurance and After-Sales teams
Prepare accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with SOP
What You’ll Do
Lead, manage and drive a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly targets
Execute and drive sales strategies, promotions, and dealership campaigns
Monitor individual and team performance, conduct coaching, and ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle escalated cases
Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Work closely with Finance, Insurance and After-Sales teams
Prepare accurate sales reports and ensure compliance with SOP
Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales
At least 2 years and above in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role
Familiar withautomotive sales processes, financing, and insurance products
Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is an added advantage to support business and customer requirements
Results-driven, customer-focused, and hands-on
Familiar with car financing, insurance, and trade-in processes
Valid driving licence required
Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
