  • Deliver profitable, double-digit revenue growth in ASEAN.
  • Develop growth strategy and distribution channels in the market.

  • Provide product recommendations and technical support.
  • Collaborate with Product Management for new product launches.

Bachelor’s Degree required. Can communicate in Japanese, Thai and English.

6+ year’s applicable experience with at least 3 years assigned to national or strategic accounts preferred.

Competencies interacting throughout the value chain, especially with industrial Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs.

Knowledgeable in pressure sensitive adhesives, coating and processing technologies preferred.

Proven negotiation skills/experience and demonstrated track record of sales growth and success.

Excellent financial skills and business acumen.

Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communications.

Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Apps and other function specific software.

  • Uncover and assess customer needs and develop a plan to execute mutual value creation.
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
  • Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills. Establish pricing programs and strategies that grow volume and improve profitability.
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Customer Service, Technical Service, Product Management, Operations and other Sales Team members to deliver superior service and products to customers.
  • Work with Product Management to plan and implement product line programs including new product launches/commercialization and customer support.
  • Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
