What are you going to do?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and aligning them with Assai’s solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage or introduce new services within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with client management to gain insights and foster trust.
  • Manage account‑specific projects, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Occasionally assist in new client acquisition by leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
  • Attend relevant events, conferences, and meetings to represent Assai and strengthen client relationships (approximately 4 trips outside Malaysia annually).

Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in account management, ideally within software sales (SaaS) and the Oil & Gas/Energy industries.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, including project management, engineering, and maintenance.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Results‑driven, proactive, and equipped with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • A forward‑thinking attitude and a team‑oriented mindset.
