Key Requirements

Responsibilities

Job description – Sales Manager and Sales Executives

We are looking for a few Sales Managers with at least 5 years of working experience in selling or marketing home renovation products (i.e. Sanitary wares, Floor tiles, Kitchen Cabinets, Wardrobe, Furniture etc) as well as a number of sales executives who are keen to develop their career in the home renovation products industry.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Manage and co‑ordinate the sales and marketing function of various outlets within the One Stop Home Improvement Mall (OSHI Mall) we are planning to open soon.
• Work closely with the suppliers / tenants of the mall to promote their products and services.
• Lead the in‑mall sales team / external sales team in servicing the walk‑in customers as well as customers from various events or leads.
• Co‑coordinate with the external sales agents on all sales and marketing activities.
• Co‑coordinate with the designers in servicing the “home renovation” customers.

Sales Executive Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager to promote the products and services offered by our One Stop Home Improvement Shopping Mall.
• Participate in various events and exhibitions to promote the products and services offered as and when necessary.

While not requiring the Sales Manager to have mall related sales experience, the person should have strong contacts in building and/or home renovation materials sectors.

While not requiring the person to have significant sales experience, the person should have keen interest in building and/or home renovation materials sectors as well as an outgoing personality in pursuing potential customers.

Guidance, support, and internal and external training will be provided; we expect the person to be pro‑active and highly motivated.
