Job description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • To identify new market/countries for business development as part of the company’s growth plan.
  • Preparation, implementation and maintenance of Marketing & Sales Quality Procedure.
  • Identify the “untapped” customer base and execute a rigorous schedule to ensure regular direct customer interaction in order to build the required customer relationship.
  • Establish more sales channel and explore venues as defined in the sales territories.
  • Exploring new sales opportunities in the assign countries and ensuring new customer acquisition.
  • Prepare, maintain and improve market data (competitor's information, upcoming projects).
  • Ensure strict compliance with company's policies & SOPs within the department.
  • Support of agent network in the assigned allocation matrix.
  • Market and competition observation.
  • Fairs and exhibition planning and executing according to the defined budget.
  • Customer demand analysis.
  • Continuous improvement process.
  • Compliance with internal and SGB Global policies.
  • Brochures, product catalogues, company portfolio.
  • Archiving the Marketing & Sales records.
