Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and analyze competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, ensuring timely and effective reporting of sales activities to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and sales campaigns.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the sales budget and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for maximum sales output.
  • Sales Training: Organize training sessions and provide continuous development to the sales team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize the sales process to improve productivity and sales efficiency.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools.
