Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of Sales, Including finding new leads, closing deals, following up with administrative tasks, providing after-sales support.
  • To source for new business leads by way of multi-channel such as cold calling, networking, canvassing, email, social media, prospect listing
  • To build good rapport with existing & potential customers
  • Execute the marketing plan effectively to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct online/on-site product demo(s) with each qualified prospect
  • Issuing quotation, follow-up with collection, attend to customer complaints
  • Visiting to project site as required for exchange of information
  • Channel feedback from customers & work with product development team to drive platform enhancements
  • Participate in exhibitions & industry events to represent the company
  • Building & nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners & key stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of trends, competitors & customer needs
  • Pitching our product & services to potential clients
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, & operations teams to deliver winning solutions
  • To identify & draft out proposed action plans for non-performing, lost customers & non-growth areas.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years successful experience in strategic selling & negotiation of capital equipment or industrial automation
  • Pro-active, resourceful, confident, good attitude & good written & verbal communication skill, responsible, trustworthy, problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit self-directedness, independence and a proactive approach to sales challenges
  • Self-motivate, committed & result-oriented
  • A proven track record of hitting targets & securing new business
  • Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills
  • Strategy thinking with a problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence in analyzing & presenting data to support decisions
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel part of the role
