Overview
Malvest Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing property development team based in Bukit Jambul, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across our property projects, leading the sales team, and ensuring successful project launches and sell-through from inception to completion.
What you\'ll be doing
- Develop, plan, and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and company objectives.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance, productivity, and results.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales process, including negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups until completion.
- Monitor sales activities, analyse performance, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Identify new sales opportunities and strengthen relationships with agents, buyers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee sales galleries, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing initiatives to attract buyers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and project teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with overall business and project goals.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and effectively handle client enquiries, feedback, and issues.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to enhance the sales team’s skills, product knowledge, and professionalism.
- Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
What we\'re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of property development, real estate market trends, and relevant legal requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
