An international automation firm based in Melaka is seeking a Sales Professional with a strong background in customer service and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Responsibilities include proposing solutions to clients, managing after-sales activities, and strengthening account relationships in the ASIA market. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
Based in Melaka
Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related university program certificate
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
