A prestigious organization in the luxury sector is seeking a Sales Manager to lead membership sales targeting high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in sales management within luxury sectors and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. You will develop and execute sales strategies, provide leadership to a small team, and maintain strong relationships with members, enabling referrals and renewals. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
Must be fluent in both English & Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in sales management within luxury sectors (private clubs, luxury hospitality, premium property, or high-end services).
Strong background in selling to HNWI with a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
Excellent leadership skills. Able to motivate and manage a small but high-performing team.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Discreet and professional when dealing with sensitive client data.
