Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in construction materials / building products.
  • Ability to develop new customers (contractors, developers, hardware shops, IBS players).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
  • Able to prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and monitor deliveries.
  • Comfortable travelling within the assigned region:
    • Perak (for Ipoh-based roles)
    • Klang Valley (for KL-based roles)
    • Northern Region (e.g., Penang, Kedah, etc.)
  • Independent, disciplined, and target-driven.
  • Preferably able to speak English, Malay, and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge of AAC blocks/panels or the construction industry.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new customer accounts in designated regions (Perak / Klang Valley / Penang etc).
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, hardware shops, and IBS players.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up closely on orders, deliveries, and payment matters.
  • Provide product information, technical explanation, and product recommendations.
  • Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and site visits.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
