What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Manage and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training and motivation to ensure high performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and closing sales
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to drive sales and stay ahead of the competition
