Role Overview
As aSales Manager, you will lead ToYm’s sales division and oversee strategic revenue growth for micro drama advertising, branded content, digital media, and event sponsorships. You will manage client relationships, mentor the sales team, and drive results through proactive engagement with brands, agencies, and corporate partners.

Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and KPI goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and brand partners.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within media, entertainment, and branded content sectors.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable, long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends, analyze sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams to align creative offerings with client objectives.
- Represent ToYm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in media, advertising, or entertainment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and highly organized with excellent client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presentation software.
- Established network and active connections with agencies, brands, and media partners.
- Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
