Job description

You will NOT be required to perform hair-wash or scalp-spa operations. Your role focuses on Asist manager + sales.

Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily store operations
• Manage staff scheduling, workflow, and service standards
• Handle customer issues and ensure excellent service
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering
• Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards
• Handle customer enquiries, consultation, and closing sales
• Explain scalp conditions and recommend suitable treatments (training provided)
• Promote packages, memberships, and product sales
• Monitor store sales performance (you will receive commission)
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve monthly KPIs
• Guide and coach staff (total 3 staff)
• Maintain strong team culture, discipline, and customer-service quality
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium head spa experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in scalp-care / head spa / hair & scalp therapy (MUST)
• Strong knowledge of scalp conditions and treatment recommendations
• Confident in customer communication and sales closing
• Mature, responsible, and able to independently manage store operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and positive work attitude
• Management experience is a bonus
