Join Upbound's sales team and be part of something revolutionary! We're launching Malaysia's premium performance hydration drink, and we need a dynamic Sales Executive to lead our market expansion across KL's hottest cafes, gyms, and lifestyle venues.

This isn't just another sales job – you'll be building a brand from the ground up with unlimited growth potential in Malaysia's booming wellness industry.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept!)

Territory Expansion:

  • Identify and secure partnerships with trendy cafes, boutique fitness studios, co-working spaces and other off-trade outlets.
  • Pitch Upbound's unique value proposition and close deals with decision makers.
  • Achieve targeted new outlet openings monthly.

Relationship Building:

  • Become the trusted partner for existing accounts, ensuring consistent reorders.
  • Optimize product placement and visibility in high-traffic locations.
  • Coordinate seamless deliveries and inventory management.

Brand Activation:

  • Execute exciting sampling events, fitness collaborations, and in-store promotions.
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
  • Represent Upbound at wellness events and brand activations.
We're Looking For Someone Who...

Has the Drive:

  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and building client relationships.
  • Natural entrepreneur mindset with hunger for growth.

  • Excellent communicator in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin advantage).
