We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive/Telesales Executive to join our team at Comfori Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Petaling, Selangor, where you will play a key role in driving sales and business growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to meet and exceed targeted sales goals.

What you’ll be doing
  • Conducting outbound sales calls to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Presenting our products and services effectively to customers and addressing their needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals while providing a high level of customer service
  • Maintaining a pipeline of sales activities and accurately tracking all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve sales processes
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telesales role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
