  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field to chemistry.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively manage sales data and reports, and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company goals.
  • Willingness to travel when required, local and overseas.
