What You Need to Do?
- Assist in identifying and developing new project sales opportunities
- Handling project inquiries, quotations, and proposals
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required
- Prepare sales reports, follow-ups, and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and procurement) to support project execution
- Track market trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Ensure timely follow-up on payments, deliveries, and customer feedback
After Sales Service & Breakdown Support
- Receive and respond promptly to customer breakdown reports and service requests
- Coordinate repair and troubleshooting works with technicians
- Follow up closely on job progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with customers on breakdown status, repair findings, and recommendations
Maintenance & Refurbishment and JKKP/DOSH Renewal & Load Test
- Promote and sell preventive maintenance contracts and refurbishment packages for crane systems
- Prepare service quotations, proposals, and follow up to secure orders
- Advise customers on system upgrades, spare parts, and long-term maintenance solutions
- Support refurbishment projects including inspection coordination, scope definition, and execution follow-up
- Consult and remind customer of the JKKP/DOSH renewal processes
Customer Retention, Reactivation & New Business Support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term retention
- Conduct regular follow-ups after service completion to build trust and repeat business
- Proactively reactivate inactive or dormant customers by offering inspections, maintenance packages, refurbishment solutions, or statutory renewals
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, spare parts, and upgrades
- Support new customer acquisition through referrals, service-based leads, site visits, and networking
- Collect customer feedback and market information to support service improvement and business growth
What You Need to Have?
- Fresh graduates or newcomers are welcome to apply
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong interest in project sales and technical products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems – training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel for work (preferred)
