Responsibility
Sales Executive (with commissions)
  • Attend to sales leads and enquiries
  • Increase sales to current and prospective clients.
  • Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan.
  • Optimize and maintain sales target in working closely with different internal departments, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.
  • Prepares standard quotations and proposals.
  • Maintaining the credibility of the customers’ payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.
  • Update sales data in system.
Sales Support
  • Support sales team on daily administration
  • Handle email and phone enquiries
  • Process sales order and follow up payment with clients
  • Update and monitor daily the Sales data system to support the Sales team forecast exercises.
  • Coordination, monitor and troubleshooting assistance for client’s order, account statuses and other relevant problems.
  • Coordination of shipping schedule.
  • Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.).
  • Follow up with clients on the phone for administrative purposes.
