What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome customers and understand what they need
  • Recommend suitable furniture based on their style, space, and budget
  • Explain product features, prices, and promotions clearly
  • Prepare price quotations and help close sales
  • Follow up with customers and build good relationships
  • Keep the showroom clean and organized
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth delivery and service
  • Learn about new products and furniture trends
  • Handle any customer questions or complaints politely
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in sales or customer service (furniture experience is a plus)
  • Friendly, helpful, and good at talking to people
  • Interest in furniture, interior design, or home decoration
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least SPM level education

  • Strong Design Sense – A good eye for aesthetics, color coordination, and space planning
  • Multilingual Skills – Ability to communicate in multiple languages (English, Malay, Mandarin) to assist a diverse range of customers
