Job summary

A leading property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries and assist in closing sales. You will be responsible for monitoring sales processes, participating in property events, and providing financing assistance to purchasers. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma and preferably have two years of experience in sales or related fields. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, while Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Attend to sales enquiries, registrations, and follow up with potential customers.
• Participate in weekend duty at Sales Gallery and locations of projects.
• Monitor and track sales processes to close sales.
• Assist purchasers with end financing and necessary documentation.
• Prepare and submit sales reports weekly.
• Act as company brand ambassador.
