This role focuses onnew account penetration, business development, and driving sales ofOne Stop Kitchen Solutionbased in Penang. The ideal candidate must have strong relationship-building skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
What you'll be doing
- New Account Management– Build and expand relationships withexisting F&B related clients, and contractors of related industry playersto specify products.
- Sales Reporting– Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports including project records, customer data, and daily visit reports.
- Pipeline Development– Develop a strongproject pipelinewithin the Northern Region.
- Lead Generation & Business Development– Proactivelyhunt for new leadsand create business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Execution– Develop and implementbusiness strategiesto drive sales growth.
- Distributor Collaboration– Work closely withdistributorsto win project specifications and drive product adoption.
- Market Intelligence– Gather and analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
- Customer Relationship Management– Conductproduct presentations, demonstrations, technical support, and handle product claimsto ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance– Meet and exceedindividual and group KPIs.
- Additional Responsibilities– Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 Years of Sales Experience– Preferably inFMCG food related, F&B equipment sales or project sales.
- Results-Oriented & Independent– Strong ability toachieve sales targetsand work with minimal supervision.
- Creative & Resourceful– Ability to develop innovative solutions to sales challenges.
- Team Player– Works well in a collaborative environment.
