Qualifications

What you'll be doing

  • New Account Management– Build and expand relationships withexisting F&B related clients, and contractors of related industry playersto specify products.
  • Sales Reporting– Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports including project records, customer data, and daily visit reports.
  • Pipeline Development– Develop a strongproject pipelinewithin the Northern Region.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development– Proactivelyhunt for new leadsand create business opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution– Develop and implementbusiness strategiesto drive sales growth.
  • Distributor Collaboration– Work closely withdistributorsto win project specifications and drive product adoption.
  • Market Intelligence– Gather and analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and industry changes.
  • Customer Relationship Management– Conductproduct presentations, demonstrations, technical support, and handle product claimsto ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance– Meet and exceedindividual and group KPIs.
  • Additional Responsibilities– Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
