Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive [Mandarin] to join our team at Lactaequip (M) Sdn Bhd in our office located in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales of our industry-leading dairy equipment and solutions to customers across the region.

What you'll be doing
  • Promote and sell our range of breastfeeding, mother, and baby products within the assigned territory.
  • Service existing sales accounts and target new ones to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure close follow-up with customers to finalize sales deals.
  • Initiate and execute sales and marketing activities aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Plan, prepare, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotional activities with business partners.
  • Propose and organize marketing events, support programs, and workshops to drive sales.
Product Training & Knowledge
  • Conduct product training sessions for business partners, promoters, and consumers.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
Promoter Management
  • Recruit, train, monitor, and manage promoter performance and related matters.
  • Attend to customer feedback and follow up closely with after‑sales services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute company events and expos to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports.
  • Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and improve strategies.
Other Duties
  • Handle any other relevant tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma & higher in Marketing, Business, Economics or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the baby product or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English language is a good advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working with baby specialty shops or hospital channels.
  • Background in marketing or event management is an added advantage.
