A leading logistics company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and maintain client relations. This role involves advising customers on various shipping solutions including air/sea freight and fulfillment services. The ideal candidate will have sales experience in logistics and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. The position offers several benefits including annual leave, performance bonuses, and a company trip.
Search for and develop new customers with international shipping needs (US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, etc.).
Take care of and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Advise customers on shipping solutions: Express, ePacket, Consolidation (Consol), Air/Sea freight, and Fulfillment services.
Prepare and send quotations, negotiate, and close service contracts.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to process shipments and resolve arising issues.
Prepare sales reports and develop market expansion plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
