A recruitment platform is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to manage and build relationships with customers in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, strong communication skills, and be proficient in English and Mandarin. Responsibilities include sourcing new customers, gathering market feedback, and overseeing sales operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently with a valid driver's license.
1x for Kuala Lumpur; 1x for Southern Region.
Manage and build relationships with customers.
Source for new customers, generate business to improve market share.
Collect and provide market feedback from customers and competitors.
Attending to customer’s complaints and providing problem solving.
Ensure prompt collection of payments from customers.
Provide guidance and support to distributors and wholesalers
Liaise closely with distributors and wholesalers to maximize coverage and distribution in both upper and lower trade.
Oversee sales operations and recommend improvement to overcall sales objective.
Adept in negotiating and managing Key Retailer activities.
Any other duties and responsibilities to be assigned.
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years Sales experience in FMCG & other work-related fields.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, human relations & communication skill and multi-lingual.
Computer literate, able to work independently, a proven team player and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.
Required language(s) Speaking and Writing:English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Familiar and have good connection in the FMCG industry.
