A health-tech company is seeking a Sales Representative in Malaysia to drive B2B sales for health supplements. The role involves generating leads through various channels like WhatsApp and social media, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining relationships with retail accounts. Candidates should have 2–4 years of sales experience in relevant industries, be proficient in CRM tools, and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Generate new leads via WhatsApp, social media, Shopee enquiries, events, and referrals.
Proactively prospect and identify new accounts: pharmacies, wellness outlets, clinics, supplement brands, and MLM companies.
Conduct outbound outreach including cold calling/telemarketing and messaging follow-ups.
Qualify prospects, deliver product pitch and value proposition, and close deals.
Handle negotiation & closing skills: pricing, commercial terms, and onboarding.
Convert DTC enquiries into paid orders and repeat purchases.
Conduct product demos, sampling sessions, walk‑in engagement, and event‑based selling.
Schedule and conduct sales visits to retailers/pharmacies/clinics for account acquisition and servicing.
Present Athemin™ product and technical advantages clearly to B2B buyers (clinics, OEM, MLM brands).
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts and B2B partners.
Support reorders, merchandising needs (where applicable), and post‑sale follow‑up to retain accounts.
Coordinate internally (marketing/operations/R&D) to support proposals and fulfilment.
Maintain accurate records using CRM & sales pipeline management tools (CRM/spreadsheets).
Track daily activities, pipeline stage, conversion rate, and follow‑up schedule.
Submit weekly sales activity reports and performance updates.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales target/KPI for DTC, retail accounts, and B2B deals.
Execute sales plans and contribute field feedback to improve conversion.
2–4 years of sales experience in health supplements, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or related industries.
Proven ability in new business development, prospecting, and closing.
Comfortable with field work and customer engagement (events/sampling, retail visits, clinic meetings).
Proficient in CRM or spreadsheet tracking.
Communicate professionally in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus for certain accounts).
Based in Klang Valley, with own transport.
RM4,000 – RM5,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
Attractive commission structure: DTC sales (online + direct), Retail/pharmacy account sales, B2B / OEM / white‑label deals (higher bonus tier).
Travel allowance for field visits.
Monthly product sampling kit for demos and referrals.
Career pathway to Key Account Executive / OEM Sales Lead.
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Weekend events/sampling as needed (time‑off in lieu).
Base: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Remote‑friendly for online customer work (DTC follow‑ups).
