A leading sales firm in Malaysia is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role involves developing relationships with clients, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring timely payment collections. Candidates should have a minimum of an SPM/Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG. A valid driving license and personal transportation are required for this role.
The primary role is to deliver sales targets and KPIs for the assigned accounts. This is accomplished by working with the Sales Supervisor to deliver excellence in the sales fundamentals (Coverage, Distribution, Visibility, Merchandising & Pricing). In addition, he/she must ensure the responsibility of timely payment collection from customers.
