A fast-growing food & beverage brand is seeking Sales Executives for offline sales and customer acquisition. Ideal candidates will handle promotions, store visits, and sales negotiations. We are a fast-growing food & beverage brand focusing on healthy drinks, functional gummies, and healthy sugar alternatives (for sugar metabolism management). As part of our expansion, we are actively developing offline F&B outlets, retail channels, and distributor networks.
We are hiring Sales Executives (Part-time / Full-time) to handle offline sales, ground promotion (roadshows / store visits), customer acquisition, and deal closing. High performers will have the opportunity to be promoted to Sales Manager, participating in channel development and team building.
Conduct offline visits and promotion of company food & beverage products
(restaurants, kopitiams, cafés, beverage shops, retailers, wholesalers, etc.)
Perform ground sales activities including product introduction, sampling (taste test), pricing, and closing deals
Develop new customers, sales points, and potential distributors / resellers
Follow up on orders, replenishment, payment collection, and after-sales feedback
Maintain existing customer relationships to increase repeat orders and long-term cooperation
Achieve clearly defined sales targets and KPIs
Regularly report market feedback, competitor information, and customer demand
Plan offline sales strategies and regional expansion
Recruit, train, and manage the sales / ground promotion team
Set team targets and monitor execution progress
Assist in building distributor and reseller networks
Sales experience preferred
(Experience in food, FMCG, beverages, or F&B-related industries is an advantage)
Willing to conduct store visits and ground sales activities
Strong communication, persuasion, and basic negotiation skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven with clear income goals
Able to work independently and take responsibility
Sales Manager candidates must have team management or leadership experience
Clear commission structure with high earning potential (performance-based)
Well-developed product range (beverages, gummies, healthy sugar alternatives) with strong market acceptance
Product training, sales scripts, and basic marketing materials provided
Long-term cooperation opportunities or promotion to core management roles for top performers
