As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our diverse customer base. What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, pricing, and promotions to provide informed guidance to customers
• Ensure products are properly displayed, accurately tagged, and replenished as required
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensure the retail space is well organised, visually appealing, and stocked with the latest products
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Contribute to the overall success of the business by actively promoting and selling our products

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the duty free retail industry.
• Basic computer skills, experience with POS systems is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Proficiency in Chinese language is an added advantage
• Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
