Company Background: Distributor of Building Materials (Interior Fixtures)

Office Location: Shah Alam, Selangor (Seksyen 23)

Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 (Base) + Fixed Allowance + Commission + Incentive

Job Responsibilities
Sales Executive (Project)
  • Business Development & Relationship Management:
    • Engaging with Developers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Interior Designers, & Quantity Surveyors (QS)
  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends, coordinate marketing campaigns, and oversee after-sales support.
  • Manage commercial documentation, coordinate stock and supply chain for timely delivery, and oversee payment collection.
  • Drive and meet all personal sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide support for various ad‑hoc duties and special projects related.
Sales Executive (Dealer)
  • Serve as the primary contact for dealer inquiries, coordinating the Sales Administration team, resolving technical and operational issues, advising on product availability.
  • Conduct regular on‑site visits to Klang Valley and outstation dealers to support both retail and project sales channels.
  • Manage registration and proposal submissions, provide strategic pricing guidance, coordinate approvals, track project progress, and support dealer sales through presentations and technical assistance.
Job Requirement
  • Possess a Diploma qualification in any relevant field.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven working experience in building materials / construction industry is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel
