Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and usage advice based on customer requirements.
  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects.
  • Process customer orders, track progress, ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide after-sales service by visiting existing customers.
  • Develop new customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and monitor customer needs.
  • Record and analyze sales data, submit reports to superiors.

  • Understand the characteristics of hardware products, and provide technical guidance and usage advice based on customer requirements
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
  • Process customer orders, track order progress, ensure timely delivery and collect payments
  • Provide good after sales service by regularly visit existing customers to maintain good rapport
  • Develop new customers, expand into new markets, and achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors' situations, and monitor changes in customer needs
  • Record and analyze sales data, and regularly submit sales reports to superiors
