We are looking for a driven Sales Executive/ Admin to manage online and offline sales inquiries. This role is the heartbeat of our business—connecting customers’ ideas to jerseys they wear with pride.

You’ll handle leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships with schools, teams, companies, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle online inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, website, and e-commerce platforms
  • Manage offline sales activities including walk-in customers, client visits, school or corporate appointments
  • Understand customer needs and advise on design, fabric, sizing, pricing, and production lead time
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and basic reporting
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred (custom apparel / uniform / printing industry is an advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable handling both chat-based online sales and face-to-face customers
  • Organized, responsive, and able to follow up effectivelySales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude

  • Experience dealing with schools, teams, or corporate clients
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business, basic Excel / Google Sheets
  • Own transport and willing to travel for client visits
