Job summary

A leading beverage company is seeking a sales professional in Shah Alam to promote and sell their product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, and must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will build strong relationships with customers, forecast sales, and collaborate with marketing teams to execute effective promotions. A valid driving license is a must, and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Role Overview

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
• Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
• Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
• Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
• Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
• Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
• Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven, outgoing and is a self‑starter
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
• Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver's License (GDL) is an added advantage
• Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
