Sales Executive position is responsible for promoting and selling Sealy products by engaging with potential and existing customers, building relationships, understanding customer needs and closing sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities include lead generation, customer communication, sales presentations, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through networking, searches, cold calling, or emails.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long‑term business.
- Sales Presentations: Delivering presentations to showcase products or services and persuade customers to make purchases.
- Sales Target Achievement: Working towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Customer Interaction: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and generating reports for sales team review.

Education and Experience
