As a Sales Executive at EQUIPTECH INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's new business development efforts. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, this full‑time position will see you working closely with the sales team to identify and secure new clients, while also providing technical expertise to support the sales process.

What you'll be doing
  • Prospecting and cultivating new business opportunities within your assigned territory or industry.
  • Responding to inquiries and requests for proposals, conducting needs assessments, and preparing detailed proposals.
  • Collaborating with the internal or external team to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Negotiating contract terms and closing sales.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Participating in demonstration of products, industry events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
  • Providing feedback and insights of the market to enhance the company's offerings.
  • Following up on payment collection.
  • Ad‑hoc tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.
What we're looking for
  • Excellent (ice‑breaking) communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the region to meet with customers. Possess own car.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite.
  • Added advantage with experience on Automotive Power Tools, Automotive Diagnosis System, TPMS, Engine Lubrication oil.
