Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bukit Minyak, Penang. In this role, you will drive sales growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the metal manufacturing sector. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Sales Development & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product information to potential clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market & Business Development
- Identify and approach new customers, markets, and industries aligned with company offerings.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
Coordination with Internal Departments
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
- Work with the quality department to address product quality concerns and implement feedback.
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports via CRM/ERP systems.
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports for management review.
Trade Shows & Promotional Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to promote products.
- Support marketing initiatives including product launches and campaigns.
Academic / Skills / Experience Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or 2–5 years in sales, preferably in metal manufacturing or industrial products.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and applications
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
Authority
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery within management-approved limits.
- Propose strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities.
Language Requirements
- Malay: Fluent for domestic interactions
- English: Strong proficiency for business correspondence, presentations, and international communication

RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month
