Qualifications

• Experience in mattress materials, agricultural products, textiles, foam, or export-related industries is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential customers.
• Promote company products and provide accurate technical and product information.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and conduct price negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment collections.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts on payments and outstanding balances.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare marketing materials and conduct market research.
• Analyze customer segments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Skills
