Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct sales visits with clients to expand the customer base.
  • Establish new business opportunities to maximize sales results.
  • Achieve sales and growth targets through promotional strategies.
  • Identify market trends and develop marketing opportunities.
  • Build quality relationships with customers for partnerships.
  • Keep up with changes in the market and customers' needs.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales activities in CRM.
  • Perform basic administration tasks including quote issuance.
  • Assist in product qualification with customers.
  • Complete additional assignments from management as required.
Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and conduct sales visits/on site cleaning trials with existing clients/new customers and expand the customer base.
  2. Responsible for establishing new business opportunities to maximize sales results.
  3. Accountable in achieving territorial sales and growth target by implementing promotional and sales strategies.
  4. Identify market trends & develop marketing opportunities through trade shows and conferences in local and international settings.
  5. Build quality relationships with customers and managers to foster long-term partnerships.
  6. Keep up with changes in the market and industry, as well as changes in customers' needs, to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Updating and maintaining customer records /sales activities in CRM (Salesforce).
  8. Basic administration job inclusive of quote issuance/PO follow up/SAP.
  9. Team player for new product qualification by our customers, including technical product qualification, prototype evaluation, batch order qualification, and order implementation.
  10. To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required.
