Collaborate with the Sales/Techno Commercial team to implement sustainable strategies, manage a customer portfolio to meet sales targets and ensure timely payment collection. You will coordinate promotional events, travel frequently and build strong client relationships. Utilize CRM tools for efficient operations and accurate sales forecasts, drive new product sales and provide regular market reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales/Techno Commercial Team to implement sustainable and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, product demonstrations and frequent site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools for efficient customer tracking and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Support new product launches and provide regular market intelligence reports.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture sector (an added advantage).
  • Proactive, results-driven, and possess a sales-growth Championship mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
