Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with the existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting company services, negotiating sales contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
  • Travel to Perlis, Kedah, Penang & Perak to visit potential customers. Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers.
  • Promote industrial services including maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and job scope.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Achieve monthly and annual targets through existing and new clients.
  • Monitor sales flow, check outstanding payments and follow up Purchase Orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints and after-sales support professionally.
  • Liaise with the Technical & Quality department to improve technical know-how.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in similar sales role.
  • Experience in industrial services, engineering sales or technical sales is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concept and service solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Must possess a car and willing to travel to and overnight in Perak, Kedah & Perlis if required.
